THIS REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY
This Refund Policy applies to sales of camera systems and related hardware by gabrielCAM® Ltd, doing business as gabrielCAM® (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), a company registered in the United Kingdom at Unit 7, The Court House, 72 Moorland Road, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST6 1DY. Our VAT number is GB 449419463.

1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SALES
All products supplied via our website are sold solely for commercial and professional use. Consumer cancellation rights under UK consumer law do not apply.
2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds are only provided where:
- Goods are faulty on arrival; OR
- An incorrect item has been supplied; AND/OR
- A return has been agreed by us in writing in advance.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
Where a return is authorised, goods must be returned:
- Within 14 days of delivery; AND
- In unused condition; AND
- In the original packaging; AND
- Will all included accessories (if applicable).
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- custom-built or special-order systems
- hardware that has been installed, used or modified
- damage caused after delivery or misuse
5. WARRANTY (B2B HARDWARE)
All camera system hardware is supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation
- Misuse or unauthorised repairs
- Normal wear and tear
The warranty excludes damage caused by use in extreme environmental conditions (e.g. polar, desert, marine, or similarly harsh deployments) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, data, or downtime.
Nothing in this policy excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. DELIVERY AND RISK TRANSFER
Delivery is completed when the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Title in the goods remains with gabrielCAM® Ltd until full payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon arrival and notifying us of any issues within a reasonable time.
8. RETURN REQUESTS
To request a return, please contact info@gabrielcam.com with your order number and details. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
