  • Camera serial number / gabrielCAM® Hub device name
  • Project name and site location
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., “no uploads since 08:00”)
  • Power and signal status from gabrielCAM® Hub
  • Any recent changes (interval updates, mount moved, SIM swapped)

This helps us diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
