AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of camera systems and related hardware by gabrielCAM® Ltd, doing business as gabrielCAM® (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), a company registered in the United Kingdom at Unit 7, The Court House, 72 Moorland Road, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST6 1DY. Our VAT number is GB 449419463.

1. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY

We supply products solely for commercial and professional use. By ordering from us, you confirm you are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer.

2. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. No contract is formed until we confirm the order and/ or issue an invoice.

3. PRICES

Prices are provided in quotations or invoices and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Prices listed exclude delivery costs, which are quoted separately and may vary depending on the order requirements and delivery destination.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Orders are supplied on an invoice basis only, under the following conditions:

  • Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice;
  • Goods will not be dispatched until fully payment is cleared; AND
  • Late payments may result in delay or in order cancellation.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers or events outside our control.

Delivery is completed when the goods arrived at the address provided by you.

6. RISK AND INSPECTION

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect goods promptly and notify us of any visible issues within a reasonable period.

7. TITLE (OWNERSHIP)

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Once payment is received, ownership transfers to you.

8. WARRANTY

Hardware is supplied with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.

Warranty exclusions include accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or where a return is agreed in writing.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions exclude liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply disruption, natural disasters, transport failure, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any contract of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our invoice and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
